The bright and passionate visionary and futurist Barbara Marx Hubbard explains the concept of conscious evolution (here) , gives a talk on "The future and you" (here) , and in an interview in two parts: pt 1 & pt 2

She is one of the initiators to A Call to Conscious Evolution.

Also, I recommend (once again) her excellent documentary Humanity Ascending.

In recent years science has made such breakthroughs in its discoveries of the order of reality that there's talk about a total paradigm shift of the same - or even greater - dignity as when we understood that the earth is round, or that the sun does not circle around our planet. The basic assumptions upon which the way we look at the world (in the West) has been based the last three hundred years, are now assumed to be false, and these new insights are giving us opportunities to an extent never before seen. With our new understanding we can not only heal and put right our own more or less broken lives but the entire planet. Peace in our time is a possibility, as well as an existence for all, where life in all forms is respected and basic needs are sufficiently met when it comes to all living creatures, including the planet earth itself, its nature and animals.

Here you will find links to talks, lectures, films and interviews that enlighten and inform about the latest understandings and findings from the area where science, philosophy and mysticism come together. And some music in between.
